Adjusted Liability Clause - Formally Approved

Following the previously published draft of the ‘Adjusted Liability Clause’ (see attachment), we would like to inform all interested parties that this draft has now been formally approved by all Public Buyers in the PCP WISE consortium. We understand that several parties have been awaiting a formal decision on this matter. Therefore, please note that this draft version of the adjusted liability clause is now considered an official part of the Tender Documents. A new version of the Tender Documents, including the final amended article, will be published as soon as possible.
